Florida First Title & Transaction Services, LLC is a full-service title and real estate settlement provider. We provide service for Marion County, Levy County, Citrus County, Volusia County, as well as the entire state of Florida.

Our Purpose

Florida First Title & Transactions Services, LLC was formed to do what other title agencies can’t – everything your transaction requires.

Our team – consisting of attorneys, title agents, real estate licensees, closers, and other staff can provide you with knowledgeable assistance and advice in contract preparation, pre-closing compliance, due diligence (including coordinating surveys, inspections, and lien searches), as well as traditional title, closing, and post closing services.

Our in house expertise and experience allows us to identify potential hurdles for your transaction and to professionally address them.
